What did you get done this year?
What did you get done this week year?
So much. So I thought I’d write a quick blog post on it.
I spent the majority of 2025 in learn mode. I started off building using Cursor, but quickly transitioned to Claude Code. Then Codex+Claude Code. As of November, I’m using Google’s new Antigravity IDE along with Claude Code via Terminal. Things move fast in this space.
I’ve probably built 150+ prototypes and working websites and applications.
I’m so confident at the pace of progress in the vibe coding space that I’m formally launching an LLC in January 2026 as a shell company for all of my app and website projects in “incubation” status (ie all of them). No more launching everything on free tier Cloudflare or Firebase plans, or designing everything for ‘the edge’. Most of the time, you’ve got to spend some money to make money. And trust me, you’ll be spending some money if you decide to start an LLC in the great state of California.
Anyways, here’s a recap of some of the more interesting projects I’ve worked on this year.
Lemur: Spatial Camera
This one I’m perhaps most excited about. Using Claude Code and Google Gemini 3 Pro + Antigravity IDE, I was able to get the Pixel 10 Pro XL to record both rear ultrawide and wide in perfect synchrony in 4K, which results in stunning 3D videos. I plan to release the app in Q1 2026. I am refining the precision of the rectification of the ultrawide which must be cropped and ‘undistorted’ to perfectly match the wide angle lens. Even in their current imperfect state, the videos are absolutely stunning when viewed in 3D using a Meta Quest 3 headset.
Apple ML-SHARP + Quest 3 optimized AR/VR splat viewer
This is now the number two post all-time on the r/GaussianSplatting subreddit. I decided to combine the new ML-SHARP model with AI generated, depth-heavy landscapes for viewing in VR/AR. The result is an awesome, immersive experience in the Meta Quest 3. Here’s the post link.
Leia
This is another AR/VR (XR?) centric app. I developed an iOS app and companion web viewer which enables you to record 3d point cloud videos using the TrueDepth selfie cam on all iOS devices with a FaceID sensor (almost all of them). This looks amazing in Quest 3 as well although it doesn’t necessarily come across that way in the screenshot above. The main killer feature of this app is that it’s not that compute or bandwidth intensive, so you can do live stream calls in 3d with someone. I’d say the ETA to ship this is Q3 2026.
BikeChat
Off-grid, high quality voice or video calls for the moments you can’t get a connection but need to stay in touch. Think bike rides with your buddy, hitting the slopes with a group of friends without steady cell connections, working on a remote construction project. You can connect some AirPods, call the other person and connect -- and it’s possible to maintain connection beyond a football field’s length using bluetooth, Wifi direct or some combination thereof.
Famban
This is a web app with a realtime Firebase backend and auth. It’s a kanban board aimed at families or small businesses. You can create as many boards as you want, and view them all as a Master board. Archive functionality, fun confetti when you complete a task. I also have a half-finished iOS app with nice haptics when you drag tasks between lanes. This is purely for my wife and I to use, but I could see myself actually releasing this as an iOS app + web app at some point.
This one is launched in several languages and lets you easily tune the most popular stringed instruments. I’m doing pretty well organically with this one, and get lots of international traffic. I have an iOS app that is ready and waiting to be launched once the LLC is formed in 2026.
